Thanks to its V-shape configuration, the filtering MEDIA area is greater than that in a conventional filter. In addition, the structure of the MEDIA keeps the pleats open during their use in operation, considerably increasing the particle-retention capacity.
Resistant in operation
These filters are 100% resistant to humidity. The filtering MEDIA is sealed to the frame with a high-quality polyurethane that keeps them firmly glued preventing particles from passing through the joints. The filter is built with a high-impact plastic frame, and a high-resistance filtering MEDIA. In addition, our V-Bank KLC filter integrates a stainless steel net on the lateral faces to protect the filtering MEDIA making it ideal for high-pressure load jobs in demanding environments.

Withstands high airflow and low pressure drop levels
Our V-BANK filters are designed to withstand high levels of airflow. This is possible thanks to their V-Shape configuration which allows greater pass of the airflow through the filtering MEDIA. Another benefit of the V-Shape configuration is the fact that the pressure drop is very low along the filter’s life span.
V-Bank Model
The V-Bank filters offer a series of exclusive benefits thanks to their design in V. Among them, we can find the area of the filtering MEDIA is much bigger than the one offered by a regular filter. Other benefits are the drop in the initial pressure throughout the filters’ life span, saving of space, and lightweight, among others.
These filters can easily replace the bag filters, improving greatly the performance of the systems of mechanical ventilation HVAC. An additional benefit is an increase in the life span of the HEPA filter that is installed in the next phase of filtration.
